Paramly is a campaign URL platform for marketing teams running Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-guesswork approach to UTM tagging with a governed system: a shared builder, enforced naming rules, a searchable campaign library, QR codes, and a Chrome extension — all in one place.
No. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get one workspace, up to 250 saved URLs, QR Studio (light), and Bitly shortening via your own token.
Most teams are live in under 10 minutes. Create a workspace, set your taxonomy rules, invite your team, and start building governed URLs. We also offer a migration guide if you're moving from a spreadsheet.
The HTML Tagger lets you paste your email HTML and automatically inject UTM or Adobe CID parameters into every link — no manual find-and-replace. It’s built for email marketers who build campaigns in tools like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or bespoke HTML templates. It’s free to use with no sign-in required.
Yes. Paramly supports Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics in separate, fit-for-purpose workspaces. If you run both platforms (common in enterprise and financial services), you can manage each independently with different taxonomy rules and parameter sets.
GA4 workspaces use standard UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). Adobe Analytics workspaces use CID or custom parameters mapped to your Adobe implementation. Rules, templates, and the campaign library are maintained separately so each team works in their own context.
Install the extension, and a Paramly icon appears in your browser. On any page, click it to build a tagged URL for that page using your saved templates and taxonomy rules. The URL is pushed directly to your campaign library — no copy-pasting into a spreadsheet.
On the Starter plan, yes — you connect your own Bitly token. On the Team plan, Paramly provides a branded short domain and one-click shortening is built in. Click stats are visible inline without leaving Paramly.
Currently: Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Bitly, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Launch (Enterprise). We also export to CSV for use in any platform. Upcoming integrations include HubSpot and Salesforce.
Yes. The Branded QR Studio generates QR codes up to 4096px with your colour palette, dot shapes, and logo embedded — print-ready resolution. Each QR code is tied to a tagged URL in your campaign library so scan attribution flows through to your analytics.
Taxonomy enforcement means admins define the allowed values for each UTM field — sources, mediums, naming patterns. When a team member builds a URL, Paramly validates it against those rules in real time and blocks values that don’t match. This eliminates the typos and inconsistencies that break attribution reporting.
Yes. On the Team plan you can create multiple workspaces (e.g. one per brand, region, or analytics platform), each with its own rules, templates, and user permissions. Enterprise adds SCIM provisioning and role-based access control.
Paramly blocks the URL from being saved and shows the user which rule was violated and what the allowed values are. You can also configure Slack or Teams notifications to alert admins when rule violations occur.
Connect your Slack workspace or Teams channel via the integrations panel. You can be notified when: a new URL is created, a taxonomy rule is violated, or a new team member joins a workspace. Useful for distributed teams and compliance-conscious marketing operations.
Yes. Export your campaign library to CSV at any time from the dashboard. The export includes all parameters, creation date, creator, shortened URL, and any custom attributes you've attached to the link.
One workspace, one analytics platform, up to 250 saved URLs, QR Studio (light mode), Bitly shortening via your own token, and community support. No credit card required and no time limit.

Yes. Contact us at hello@paramly.com for agency partner pricing (volume discounts for managing multiple client workspaces) and non-profit rates.
Paramly is hosted on AWS infrastructure. Australian customers' data is stored in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region — ap-southeast-2. We do not transfer data outside this region without explicit consent.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, support data export and deletion on request, and never sell your data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for Enterprise customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Paramly stores the URLs you create (destination URLs and parameter values) in order to provide the campaign library and history features. We do not analyse, sell, or share the content of your links. You can delete your data at any time.
Paramly’s HTML Tagger includes a PII detection warning that flags common patterns (email addresses, long numeric strings) in link parameters before you distribute them. The responsibility for ensuring PII is not embedded in tracking links rests with the user — see our Privacy Policy Section 3. We recommend using the PII controls and training your team on URL hygiene.
